Information constituting the implementation of the Decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of January 10, 2017, specifying the conditions for conducting business activity in the territory of Poland by AS Inbank S.A. - Branch in Poland.
The activity of the AS Inbank branch in Poland is subject to the estonian supervision
AS Inbank (hereinafter: "Inbank") is an institution established with the permission of the Estonian supervisory authorities „Finantsinspektioon”, has its seat at Niine 11, 10414 Tallinn, in Estonia - a European Union Member State, and conducts its activities in Poland through the Branch under the principle of a single banking license. The branch is supervised by the Estonian supervisory authorities of "Finantsinspektioon" and is not supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (hereinafter: "KNF"), subject to the supervisory measures provided for by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in Art. 141a of the Act of August 29, 1997 Banking Law.
In the decision specifying the conditions of business operations, The Financial Supervision Commission obliged Inbank, inter alia, to comply with the recommendations of The Financial Supervision Commission regarding the conduct of business through the Branch in a manner consistent with the interests of the general good, in particular the instructions regarding the protection of consumer goods. All settlements with Inbank branch in Poland are cashless
The Branch does not provide cash services, all deposit and withdrawal operations are carried out only in the form of bank transfers between the Client's bank account and the Branch's bank account. In the execution of selected transfers, we use the instant transfer service.
We make every effort to ensure that the request for the withdrawal of funds received from the Client is fulfilled at each Client's request or upon the arrival of a specified deadline.
The funds deposited by Customers at Inbank are deposited on an account at the National Bank of Poland and on bank accounts maintained for the Branch at the largest commercial banks in Poland (currently these are PKO Bank Polski, mBank, Santander Bank Polska SA) and secured in accordance with the provisions in force in Poland regulations.
Deposits opened in Inbank are guaranteed by the Estonian National Guarantee Fund.
Deposits opened in Inbank are guaranteed by the Estonian National Guarantee Fund. Tagatisfond, based at Roosikrantsi 2, 10119 Tallinn, www.tf.ee. The guarantee covers deposits with interest up to the full amount, up to a maximum of EUR 100,000 for a single depositor. The Estonian deposit guarantee system meets all the conditions stipulated in the European Union Directive 94/19 / EC, common to all member states, including Poland. The procedure for pursuing claims under the Estonian Tagatisfond guarantee fund is as follows:
- up to 2 working days from the date when the deposit became unavailable, the Guarantee Fund publishes information in a nationwide newspaper and on the Fund's website information on the date and procedure of payment, including the required documents,
- up to 2 working days, the administrator or liquidator of the credit institution makes sure that each depositor has access to information about the deposit account and has received a statement with information on the amount of his deposit, and provides the Guarantee Fund with information about depositors and the amount of their deposits,
- up to 4 working days from the notification, the depositor has the right to report to the administrator / receiver his position regarding the correction of the amount of his deposit,
- up to 7 working days from the date when the deposit becomes unavailable, the Guarantee Fund or the designated credit institution pays the customer the deposit up to the amount guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund,
- up to 10 working days, the Supervisory Board of the Guarantee Fund may extend the term of payment of the deposit (the maximum term of payment is 17 working days from the date when the deposit became unavailable)
- up to 3 years, the depositor may file a complaint against the Guarantee Fund if the Guarantee Fund has not paid the deposit amount within the indicated period or has withdrawn an amount lower than the agreed amount.

Privacy and banking secrecy
Inbank branch in Poland processes, as an independent administrator, personal data of customers and potential customers in order to perform banking activities on an ongoing basis, as well as to offer its own banking services or products (so-called direct marketing).
On the basis of applicable law, as well as under the consent given by the client, the processing of this data may be entrusted by the Branch to third parties. Information about entrepreneurs referred to in art. 6a sec. 1 and 7 of the Banking Law who, when performing for Inbank or another entrepreneur, the activities referred to in these regulations, gain access to information protected by banking secrecy, are available here.
Information constituting banking secrecy is stored, processed, protected and made available in Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Banking Law, and in Estonia, in accordance with the provisions of the Estonian Banking Law.

At the client's written request, we provide information on legal regulations regarding the activities of AS Inbank and its branch in Poland and inform that Inbank is a member of the Estonian Banks Association and applies Good Banking Practices issued by the Estonian Bank Association, the content of which is available here.
