Introduction

Inbank is committed to improving the accessibility of its digital services in accordance with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition into Polish national law.

Legal Basis

This accessibility statement is published in accordance with:

  • The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
  • The Act of 26 April 2024 on Ensuring the Fulfilment of Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services by Economic Operators, which implements the European Accessibility Act in Poland and sets out accessibility requirements for private sector service providers, including financial services.

Scope of Accessibility

This website and related digital services are designed to conform to the applicable accessibility requirements outlined in the EAA and Polish Law, including:

  • Making interfaces perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust (following WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles).
  • Ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.
  • Providing equal access to information and functions for users with disabilities.

Accessibility Status

The website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in applicable legislation. Compliance is based on:

If your concern is not addressed satisfactorily, you may escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman, which supervises accessibility compliance under the Polish implementation of the EAA.
