We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise where access to funds held in a term deposit becomes essential. With this new feature, you can easily, quickly, and conveniently terminate your deposit whenever you need, from wherever you are.
How does the new functionality work?
We have made sure that this new functionality is simple and intuitive. All you need to do is log in to Inbank’s online banking, go to the details of the term deposit you wish to terminate, and select the "Terminate Deposit" option. The system will automatically facilitate the transfer of funds to the account from which the deposit was funded (you can check the account number before confirming the termination). The entire process takes just a few moments, and the money will be returned to your account immediately, no later than within 2 working days.
What else is worth to be aware of?
Terminating a deposit before its maturity will result in the loss of all accrued interest, so it is always worth considering your decision before ending a deposit early. Nevertheless, this new functionality gives you the freedom to act and quicker access to your funds when needed.
